Unit 5- Spiritual Wellness and Mental Health




     Spiritual Wellness is directly associated to our mental health. If we do not have good mental health, then our spiritual wellness will suffer. The rig amoral of everyday life can destroy our mental health if we are not prepared for it.

     Practicing meditation is how I focus my mind and allow myself to connect with my spiritual inner self. When I use my meditation it allows me to regain control of my mind and in turn it allows me to go back to the spiritual side of my life. Calm breathing exercises allow me to visualize myself relaxing and it allows me to let go of the stress and anger.
