I really enjoyed the loving kindness and subtle mind exercises. These
daily practices offered by Dacher in his subtle mind really help to focus on a
different aspect of unity and consciousness. They both helped me to focus on
loving kindness through the breathing exercise. This helped me to focus on the good
points in my life. It helped me to look at everyone from a perspective of love.
This helped me to feel a sense of
closeness.
If I did not practice this on a daily basis, it was easy to lose it,
even at times of frustration, utilizing this exercise helped to realign the
feeling of the subtle mind. I found several times that my sons were able to dislodge
the anchor that was holding me from wandering. But taking a step away and re
focusing resets the anchor.
I really enjoyed this exercise and will add it to my daily checklist.
Hi Colleen,
ReplyDeleteI think for me, I am struggling with the time factor. The funny thing is when I do these exercises, my day runs smoother and I get more done. I actually seem to have more time!!! My children are grown now and yet they can still dislodge that anchor. LOL!!!
I can;t wait to see what today holds!!! Hope you have a blessed one!!!
